Following a lifelong interest in health and well-being, and careers in both the NHS and media, I studied Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP at the world renowned Quest Institute in Central London in 2004. I am passionate about my work, and since starting my practice in 2005, I have helped hundreds of clients with a diverse and wide range of issues. I now run my practices from St Thomas' Hospital (SE1), Harley Street (W1) and Wimbledon Village (SW19).

I am a licensed member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), which promotes and actively implements high standards of hypnotherapy training and professional ethics in the UK. As a member of the NCH, as well as the United Kingdom Council of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) I work to a strict code of ethics and practice, as well as being actively committed to Continuing Personal Development.

My Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching qualifications include:

•  Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). Accredited by the Open University, the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma is the only externally validated Hypnotherapy qualification in the UK, and conforms to the National Occupational Standards for Hypnotherapy. It was established by the NCH as a benchmark for training quality that the public could have confidence in, and to separate holders of it from the many Hypnotherapists who have only had a minimal amount of training.

•  Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (Dip. C. Hyp) Awarded by the Quest Institute at the Regents Park College in London, which teaches the most advanced and leading-edge techniques in hypnotherapy, and includes training in Cognitive Psychology, NLP, Evolutionary & Positive Psychology and hypnosis.

•  Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Master Practitioner (NLP M. Prac). Advanced qualification in NLP strategies and techniques awarded by the Quest Institute.

•  Certified Hypnotic Birthing Process Practitioner (CHBPP ), awarded by the UK Academy of Hypnotherapy. The CHBPP is the only hypnosis for childbirth qualification in the UK which is independently accredited by The National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP). The NCHP is one of the longest established and most respected hypnotherapy / hypno-psychotherapy training institutes in the world. Established in 1977, their training is UKCP and European accredited.

•  Certifications in Personal Coaching awarded from both The Coaching Academy and The Quest Institute.

•  NLP Learning Coach certification - Awarded by The Quest Institute.
