How Cognitive Hypnotherapy Can Help You

Change one thought, and you change the world around you.

"What we achieve inwardly will change outer reality."
Plutarch, Greek philosopher

The Cognitive Hypnotherapy approach is about recognising how our thoughts and emotions affect each other - how they create our "mood" which, in turn, affects our behaviour. If we want to feel better about ourselves or change our behaviour, then we need to change how we feel and think, consciously as well as unconsciously.

The cognitive hypnotherapy approach helps you to gain insights and new perspectives about yourself which helps you understand why you think, feel or behave in the way you do. Importantly, this process helps you to create healthier and more helpful thought patterns which can start to change how you think and feel about yourself, so you can begin to feel better about yourself and the world around you.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy combines cognitive psychology and elements from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) with NLP, positive psychology and gentle hypnosis. This unique blend serves to heighten and increase its effectiveness, and enables the positive results to last.

"The future depends on what we do in the present"
Mahatma Gandhi
